While we cannot accept returns under the current industry guidelines, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refunds
You are eligible for a replacement or refund in the following circumstances:
- Damaged Product: If ZapCramp arrives damaged or in a non-functional state.
- Unsuitability for Use: If the product, upon arrival, is found unsuitable for its intended use as per our guidelines.
Please note that our policy is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 30 days from your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
– Normal wear and tear from usage.
– Damage resulting from improper use or accidents.
– Dissatisfaction due to personal preference.
– Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Process for Replacement or Refunds
To initiate a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

- Verification: We will verify the eligibility of the replacement or refund based on the information and photographic evidence (if applicable) you provide.
If approved, your replacement or refund will be processed, and, in the case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
