These work but they are not for the mild crowd Habanero powder is one of the ingredients if that gives you an idea of how spicy these are. I like fairly spicy things but these tabs are pretty much at the top of my tolerance spectrum. That said they work well and quickly. Great flavor rehydration tabs! These do the job - replace salts and electrolytes lost from sweating and physical exertion. They don't taste like a juice drink, but like they are doing their job. I started to feel a lot better a few minutes after taking one and was able to get back to 100% effort on the trail. These tabs have come in handy during hunting season and soccer season for sure. Be prepared for spicy cinnamon.Final thoughts: These absolutely work. That said, I have a hard time using them again. I’m somewhat of a spice sissy and these are very intense. I love cinnamon and even hot cinnamon but these top the charts. I usually get muscle cramps while I am sleeping and I wake up with severe pains in my calves that I can’t walk off. This intense cinnamon experience is a bit hard to take when just coming out of a deep sleep. Strong flavor, but effective! These tablets dissolve quickly, work quickly, but be ready for your mouth to be on fire! Relief was had in just a couple minutes from a severe leg cramp, so the strong flavor is worth it for the quick action. These are handy to carry with you in a purse, pocket or backpack, however the price per dose seems a little high compared to other products of this nature.
